This will depend greatly on you support level. In general, it ranges from 4 hours CTA (Call to Arrival) all the way to 48 hours. The longer response times are for non mission critical issues.

The support specialist can either demonstrate an issue resolution so that the client can repeat the process on other machines, or the support professional can complete the resolution themselves without the need for the client to do anything.
